BREAKING: Teoscar Hernandez Makes His Free Agent Decision

He was one of the prime bats still on the free agent market, but slugger Teoscar Hernandez has now made his decision, and it seems that this was the inevitable move all along. Hernandez has signed a three-year, $66 million deal with the incumbent Los Angeles Dodgers.

In fact, it was Teo himself who broke the news on his Instagram.

Hernandez was a key player for the Dodgers in their run to the World Series championship last season, and he wanted to return all along. The two sides finally got it done, right in the salary neighborhood that we all thought it would be.

The deal includes a fourth-year option for $15 million, a little more than $23 million in deferred money and a $23 million signing bonus, per Jeff Passan.
