It'll be a one-year deal for Hendricks, reportedly worth in the neighborhood of $3 million.
Hendricks, going into his age-35 season, has spent his entire 11-year career with the Cubs, posting a 3.68 ERA and 1.18 WHIP with a 97-81 record over that time.
His final year with the Cubbies in 2024 was his worst in the majors, with a 4-12 mark and a 5.92 ERA.
The Angels are banking on Hendricks still having something left in the tank.
