Arizona Diamondbacks Make History As They Sweep The Los Angeles Dodgers
The Los Angeles Dodgers, despite their massive payroll have once again failed to fire in the playoffs, being knocked out in the NLDS once again, and given their performance's, it's safe to say that some massive changes may be coming.
En route to the dominant three game sweep, the Arizona Diamondbacks made history in game three, as they became the first team in MLB postseason history to slug four home runs in an inning as we saw Geraldo Perdomo, Ketel Marie, Christian Walker and Gabriel Moreno went yard in a massive third inning.
This was enough offence against Lance Lynn to lead them to a 4-2 victory, and if they can keep hitting like this, whoever comes out of the Braves/Phillies series will be in for an absolute fight when they battle a red-hot Diamondbacks team.HISTORY.
