Los Angeles Angels Star Undergoes Surgery, Return Timeline Revealed
The Los Angeles Angels have hosted two of the biggest stars that baseball has to offer over the past few years, but unfortunately they've struggled to do anything of note with them, and now, it appears they're on the verge of losing Shohei Ohtani for nothing in free agency.
Unfortunately, his 2023 season is officially over after undergoing a recent procedure, but for whatever team will land him in free agency, his return schedule has now been revealed, as he will be fine to hit Opening Day 2024, while pitching will be an option a year later.
Ohtani once again had a historic 2023 season, and is line to land the biggest contract in baseball history, and while he may not be able to play both sides for the next decade, there's no doubting he will remain at a very high level, and will be a great free agent pickup for whichever team lands him.Shohei Ohtani underwent a procedure in LA today, per @JeffFletcherOCR
