Baltimore Orioles Claim Reliever On Waivers From The Angels
The Baltimore Orioles have arguably been the best team in all of baseball this season, and even after the trade deadline, it appears they continue to improve ahead of a long awaited playoff run for the youngest team in baseball.
On Monday, it was confirmed that the Orioles have claimed reliever Jacob Webb on waivers from the Los Angeles Angels, adding to one of the toughest bullpens in all of baseball, and with a big post-season push ahead, he'll be a welcomed addition.
In 29 games this season, the 29-year old has posted a 1-1 record with 3.98 ERA over 31.2 innings of work, and with some experience on the Braves and Angels, he brings plenty of experience to this 'pen, and if the team can continue to excel the way they have, this could be a World Series favourite when October rolls around. We have made the following roster moves: pic.twitter.com/MyISPigvYi
