New York Yankees Star Could Make Season Debut This Week
The New York Yankees have been going through an injury crisis to start the 2023 MLB season, but after getting Aaron Judge back from the Injured List recently, they've now got some more good news coming, this time for the starting rotation.
The news gets even better with a likely suspension on the way for Domingo Germán after an illegal substance ejection on Tuesday night, but it has now been confirmed that Luis Severino is likely to make his season debut on Sunday against the Cincinnati Reds.
Severino has struggled with injuries throughout his career, but when he's healthy, he can be one of the best pitchers in all of baseball, and if he can be that alongside Gerrit Cole, Nestor Cortes and hopefully Carlos Rodon if he can get back on the field, this could be a very dangerous team come playoff time.Luis Severino could make his season debut for the Yankees on Sunday in Cincinnati, per @BryanHoch pic.twitter.com/GFQPDgRaar
