New York Mets Veteran Pitcher Makes MLB History
Throughout the history of baseball, there have been some absolutely legendary pitchers that have achieved plenty of success, and this week, one of this generations best became a part of MLB history in the best way.
That would be New York Mets star Justin Verlander, who was the winning pitcher in the Mets win over the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday, making him the 21st pitcher in Major League Baseball history to defeat all 30 MLB teams.
Over his career, Verlander has accomplished almost everything possible as a starter in baseball, and with 9 All-Stars, 1 MVP, 3 Cy Young Awards, 3 No Hitters and 2 World Series rings among other accomplishments, he's no doubt bound for the Hall of Fame.With last night's win against the Reds, Justin Verlander has now beaten ALL 30 MLB teams 💫
