Minnesota Twins Place Second Baseman On The Injured List
Despite being overlooked in many pre-season predictions, the Minnesota Twins are off to a solid start in 2023, with a 25-21 record through their first 46 games, and they've done so despite some star players struggling and injuries.
Now, they've got more issues to deal with, as veteran second baseman Jorge Polanco has been placed on the 10-Day Injured List due to a recent issue with his hamstring, but the short stint suggests that it may not be that serious of an issue right now.
It could end up being worse, which would be a massive blow to the Twins as he is hitting .284 on the year with 4 Home Runs and 14 RBI in just 23 games, so if he can get healthy, he will add another layer to this talented Twins lineup.I am told Edouard Julien did not leave the @StPaulSaints game tonight for an injury.
