Injury Update On Superstar New York Yankees Starter
The New York Yankees have slumped their way to last place in the American League East to this point in the season, and while they've got the potential to fight their way out of it, their injury situation certainly isn't doing them any favours.
With the injuries piling up, the last thing New York needed was to have a roadblock in someone's return from injury, but reportedly superstar free agent signing Carlos Rodon 'can't get over the hump' with his back injury according to Manager Aaron Boone.
After a few elite years with Chicago and San Francisco, Rodon was expected to be the ace beside Gerrit Cole that would help them take the next step, but unfortunately, there's no clear timeline right now for his return to the rotation.Boone said Rodon "can't get over the hump with his back" per @ChrisKirschner
