San Francisco Giants To Get Three Outfielders Back From Injury
The San Francisco Giants have struggled in a big way thus far in 2023, and while a lack of superstar talent can certainly be credited as a reason for that, they've also been dealing with plenty of injuries, which they'll hope to put behind them in the coming days.
Ahead of yesterday's matchup against the New York Mets, star outfielder Joc Pederson returned to the lineup, with both Austin Slater and Mitch Haniger now also in town to get checked, the team could have major reinforcements on the way.
While the team have struggled for consistency early in the year, they've still got plenty of games to go, and with more bodies coming back and players getting into a rhythm, this could no doubt be a team to watch in the very tough NL West.Joc Pederson is active and in the lineup, corresponding move to come. Mitch Haniger and Austin Slater will come to SF today to get checked and it’s possible they return during Cardinals series.
