Kansas City Royals Rumors: Pitcher Available for Trade

The Kansas City Royals are in the middle of a rebuild, and this will likely remain the case for this season and beyond. As a result of this, there have been rumblings that they are willing to hear offers for Brad Keller.

Keller is a pending unrestricted free agent, so it would make sense for the Royals to consider the prospect of moving him. After all, he is a veteran pitcher, and he may not fit into their long-term plans. Thus, it would be beneficial to land a prospect or a young MLB player in exchange for him.

Keller has shown in the past that he can be a reliable pitcher at the major-league level, but he also has had his fair share of struggles over the last few seasons. As a result, the Royals could hold off from moving him until the regular season, as it would open the door for him to raise his value a bit. However, for that to occur, he would need to find his previous form.
