Cora: Red Sox Still Looking At Trades, Signings To Boost Bullpen
With Opening Day just three days away, it sounds like the Boston Red Sox aren't done tweaking things just yet. Manager Alex Cora says they're still looking outside the organization for bullpen help.
Sounds like Red Sox are pursuing external options (trades/FAs/waivers) for bullpen depth.

Cora: “There’s a lot of stuff that is going on right now. There’s a lot of guys out there. If we see an opportunity to take advantage of it, we’ll do it. If not, we’ll stay in house.”
“There’s a lot of stuff that is going on right now. There’s a lot of guys out there," said Cora. "If we see an opportunity to take advantage of it, we’ll do it. If not, we’ll stay in-house.”
The Red Sox pitching as a whole is in a bit of disarray at the moment, with starters Garrett Whitlock, Brayan Bello and James Paxton hurting and reliever Joely Rodriguez out for a while. Tanner Houck has had to move back into the rotation to backfill, further weakening the 'pen.
One new name just added to the free agent group comes from the Chicago White Sox, who cut loose 12-year veteran Bryan Shaw on Sunday. He tops a list of several other free agent relievers that the BoSox could have interest in, including Ken Giles, Archie Bradley and Jose Alvarez.
