Cleveland Guardians Release Right-Handed Pitcher
After just two months with the team, Dusten Knight has been released by the Cleveland Guardians after failing to secure a spot in their bullpen for the upcoming season.
As a result, the 32-year-old right-handed pitcher will become a free agent. Knight has appeared in 13 relief games for the Tampa Bay Rays and Baltimore Orioles in the past two years.

For his minor-league career, the 32-year-old holds a 3.23 ERA, 1.19 WHIP, with 534 strikeouts across 476.2 innings and 304 appearances.
His time in the majors hasn't gone as well, as Knight has compiled an ugly 7.32 ERA over 19.2 innings at the highest level.
