Cleveland Guardians Place Pitcher On Waivers
The Cleveland Guardians have designated pitcher Jason Bilous for assignment, just one month after claiming him off waivers from the Chicago White Sox.

To clear space for Gallagher and Viloria on the 40-man: Cody Morris was moved to the 60-day IL and RHP Jason Bilous was DFAd.
Last season, between Double-A Birmingham and Triple-A Charlotte, the 25-year-old recorded a 6.30 ERA, 1.74 WHIP, with 131 strikeouts over 105.2 innings of work.
He made 21 starts, 10 relief appearances, and held a 6-11 record.
His control issues have always been one of his biggest problems throughout his career. However, he also averaged an impressive 11.2 K/9 last season.

Bilous is a former 13th-round pick by the White Sox in the 2018 MLB Draft.
There will likely be some teams interested in him.
