Baltimore Orioles: 2 Trade Candidates Heading to Opening Day
The Baltimore Orioles are hoping to build off of their solid 2022 season. As a result of this, they are reportedly open to making trades before Opening Day. As a result, here are two trade candidates currently on their roster.
Anthony Santander: Anthony Santander is coming off of a career season that saw him hit 33 home runs and record 89 RBIs (both career highs). As a result, his trade value is at its highest, and there have been rumblings that the Orioles are considering moving him because of it. Santander has the potential to land the Orioles a quality starting pitcher, so this could be an avenue worth exploring.
Cedric Mullins: Cedric Mullins has been in the rumor mill over the last few years, so we could very well see the Orioles explore his trade market this season. After all, his trade value is very high, as he is under team control until 2026. As a result, the Orioles could look to move him if it results in them landing a new ace for their rotation.
