Seattle Mariners Sign Infielder
Joining the Seattle Mariners.
The Mariners have signed infielder Leonardo Rivas to a minor-league contract.

Rivas spent the 2022 season with the Cincinnati Reds' organization, posting a .228/.318/.662 triple-slash line, with seven home runs, 35 RBIs, 18 stolen bases and 42 runs scored over 311 at-bats between Double-A and Triple-A.
The twenty-five-year-old will serve as organizational infield depth for the Mariners.
For his minor-league career, Rivas holds a .250/.371/.728 triple-slash line, with 22 home runs, 205 RBIs, 114 stolen bases and 334 runs scored over 1,906 at-bats.
He's still looking to make his major-league debut.
