After taking the winter to think about it, Duran has ultimately decided to return to the organization he spent the 2022 season with.
Last season, at Double-A Somerset, the twenty-four-year-old slashed a poor .222/.266/.414 line, with nine home runs, 33 RBIs and 20 runs scored over 203 at-bats.
Duran will likely begin the season at Triple-A Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
For his minor-league career, he holds a .240/.280/.688 triple-slash line, with 42 home runs, 145 RBIs, three stolen bases and 142 runs scored across 360 games.
