Voit gives the Brewers a right-handed bat at first base and designated hitter behind left-handed batters Rowdy Tellez and Jesse Winker.
The thirty-two-year-old is coming off a season with the San Diego Padres and the Washington Nationals which saw him post a .226/.308/.402 triple-slash line, with 22 home runs, 69 RBIs and 55 runs scored over 135 games played.
He was then non-tendered by the Nationals in November just a few months after being acquired from the Padres in the massive Juan Soto trade.
Voit has eclipsed the 20-home run threshold in each of the last three seasons.
