Atlanta Braves Sign Pitcher

The Atlanta Braves have made a minor league move, as they have signed Daniel Martinez to a minor league contract. 

Martinez is a young prospect who is aiming to take that next step in his development. The 2022 season did not treat him too kindly with Single-A+ Lansing, as he had a 1-4 record to go along with a very high 9.00 ERA. Needless to say, he will now be aiming to turn things around significantly as we gear up to the 2023 season.

Martinez is not going to be a threat to make the Braves' major league roster, but he will provide them with more depth. We will need to wait and see if he can make a big impact for them in the minors in 2023 from here.
