The Toronto Blue Jays have extended top prospect Ricky Tiedemann a non-roster invite to spring training.
Tiedemann will head to major-league camp for the first time in his career.

The twenty-year-old starter exploded onto the scene last year, compiling a fantastic 2.17 ERA, 0.86 WHIP, and 117 strikeouts over 78.2 innings and 18 starts. He moved up three levels of the Blue Jays' minor-league system, finishing the year Double-A New Hampshire.
Tiedemann, a left-handed pitcher, was the Blue Jays' third-round pick in the 2021 MLB Draft and is the No. 2 ranked left-handed pitching prospect in all of baseball.
Tiedemann probably won't make the Opening Day roster, but it just goes to show how talented he is at such a young age.
