Garcia holds a respectable 3.66 ERA, 1.35 WHIP, and 189 strikeouts over 219 innings of work for his minor league career. In 97 appearances, he's made 21 starts and converted 13 saves, so there's some valuable versatility there. He also holds a 13-12 record for his career.
The twenty-five-year-old is still looking to make his major league debut and that could very well happen this coming season. The six-foot-three, 213-pound right-handed pitcher is still very young and should continue to develop into a reliable pitcher.
