New York Mets Sign Outfielder
The New York Mets have signed Lorenzo Cedrola to a minor league contract.
Cedrola spent last season with Triple-A Louisville, where he had four home runs, 41 RBIs, and a .267 batting average in 124 games. Overall, it was a solid year for him in Triple-A, and now he will be aiming to translate that over to the Mets from here.
With this move, the Mets have added to their outfield depth. Let's see if Cedrola can impress at Spring Training and earn himself a depth role with New York on Opening Day.
