The New York Mets have re-signed catcher Jose Mena to a minor league contract.
The Mets have signed Lorenzo Cedrola to a minor league deal.

The outfielder hit .267/.303/.356 with 20 doubles and 15 stolen bases in Triple-A for the Reds in 2022.
Mets also re-signed catchers Jose Mena and Oscar Campos to minor league deals as well.
Mena spent the entire past season at High-A Brooklyn where he posted a pedestrian .239/.274/.630 triple-slash line, with eight home runs, 35 RBIs and 31 runs scored across 306 at-bats.
He'll continue to function as organizational catching depth. Unfortunately for the twenty-six-year-old, the Mets have plenty of catching depth within their organization so a major league debut with the team does not appear to be in the near future.
