sign Ivan Herrera.

The Cardinals are reportedly listening to offers for Herrera. This is in response to them signing Willson Contreras to a long-term deal. As a result, Herrera has become expendable and several teams will now be looking to take a chance on the young catcher. Now we have confirmation that the Astros are one of them.
