MLB Rumors: Seattle Mariners to Trade Pitcher

The Seattle Mariners have a surplus of pitchers. As a result of this, they are expected to trade either Chris Flexen or Marco Gonzales this offseason.

Ultimately, it would make sense for the Mariners to trade one of these pitchers, as it could allow them to improve their roster elsewhere. Furthermore, each pitcher could probably get them a decent return.

In 33 games this season, Flexen had an 8-9 record to go along with a 3.73 ERA. On the other hand, Gonzales sported a 10-15 record and a 4.13 ERA in 32 appearances.
