MLB Rumors: Cincinnati Reds Infielder Becoming Trade Candidate

In a recent piece for ESPN, David Schoenfield reported that the Cincinnati Reds could trade 2021 NL Rookie of the Year Jonathan India due to their stacked infield prospects.

It would certainly be a big splash if the Reds traded India, as he is viewed as having a lot of potential and has already shown past success in the league. However, his sophomore slump in 2022 was certainly concerning, so perhaps they could look to move him if it results in them improving their pitching prospect depth.

With several teams looking to improve their infield, don't be surprised to see a big market form for India if he is officially shopped by the Reds.
