Milwaukee Brewers Sign Pitcher
Blast from the (recent) past: The Brewers signed LHP Alex Claudio to a Minor League contract with an invitation to Major League camp. If you still have your No. 58 jersey, you’re in luck.

Claudio spent two seasons with the Brewers from 2019-20 and will return as extra relief depth after making three scoreless appearances for the New York Mets this past season.
Claudio spent most of last season with Triple-A Rochester where he posted a 3.91 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 42 strikeouts over 48.1 innings of work.
With the Brewers losing some key relievers this offseason, the thirty-year-old is a solid signing and addition to their bullpen. He has a good shot at making the team's Opening Day roster.
Claudio is a former 27th-round pick by the Texas Rangers in the 2010 MLB Draft.
