Los Angeles Dodgers Outright Pitcher
Unclaimed on waivers yet again.
The Los Angeles Dodgers have sent pitcher Jake Reed outright to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
This marks the fifth time in six months that Reed has been designated for assignment but has gone unclaimed on waivers.

The thirty-year-old can report back to Oklahoma City or elect free agency.
Reed spent time with the New York Mets, Los Angeles Dodgers and the Baltimore Orioles this past season, posting a 7.36 ERA, 1.55 WHIP, and eight strikeouts over 11 innings of work.
In the minors this past season, the thirty-year-old recorded a solid 3.09 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, and 26 strikeouts over 23.1 innings.
Reed is a former fifth-round pick by the Minnesota Twins in the 2014 MLB Draft.
