Kansas City Royals Sign Infielder

The Kansas City Royals have signed Johan Camargo to a minor league contract.

With this move, the Royals have added to their infield depth. Camargo will now be aiming to impress at spring training, as it could be exactly what leads to his contract being selected to the Royals' 40-man roster. Furthermore, with Kansas City sporting a weak roster, he may have a chance of making their roster as a depth player at a minimum.

Alas, we will need to wait and see if he can make the Royals' roster from here.
