Cleveland Guardians Sign Outfielder
The Cleveland Guardians have added to their depth, as they have signed Roman Quinn to a minor-league contract.
Quinn spent this last season between the Philadelphia Phillies and Tampa Bay Rays. In 44 games split between the two teams, he had zero home runs, seven RBIs, and a 215 batting average. However, he heated up after joining the Rays, as he sported a .262 batting average and 21 games.
With this move, the Guardians have added an outfielder with MLB experience to their group. We will have to wait and see if he can make their major league roster at the start of the year.
