Chicago White Sox Sign Outfielder
The Chicago White Sox have added a veteran to their group, as they have signed Jake Marisnick to a minorly contract.
Marisnick spent last season with the Pittsburgh Pirates, where he had to home runs, six RBIs, a .234 batting average in 31 games played. Overall, it was a fairly underwhelming Season from The veteran Outfielder, And that is likely why he had to settle for a minor league deal. Yet, he will now be aiming to impress at spring training, as it could lead to his contract being selected and him making their major-league roster.
There’s no harm in the White Sox bringing in Marisnick, as he will be a decent Depth The Options at a minimum however, with him having so much experience at the major-league level, it does seem like he has a real shot of Making Their Major League roster for opening day.
