Atlanta Braves Sign Infielder

The Atlanta Braves have signed Mitchell Tolman to a minor league contract.

Tolman spent the entirety of the 2022 season with Triple-A Columbus, where he had 11 home runs, 49 RBIs, and a .251 batting average in 112 games. Overall, it was a pretty solid year for him, and now he will be aiming to translate that over to the Braves organization from here.

If Tolman impresses at Spring Training, perhaps he could be a depth option on the major league squad for Atlanta in 2023.
