Orioles Bring Back A Familiar Face For The Bullpen
He's been an underrated bullpen arm for a few seasons, posting ERAs in the low-to-mid-3s, with strikeout rates of better than 10K per nine innings. 32-year-old Mychal Givens will be bringing his heat back to Camden Yards in 2023.

It's a one-year deal worth $5M for Givens, who spent his first six seasons in the majors in Baltimore.
Givens has bounced around a bit the past couple of years, splitting his 2021 between the Colorado Rockies and Cincinnati Reds, and this past season with the Chicago Cubs and New York Mets. He finished 2022 with a 3.38 ERA and 10.4 K/9.
His first run in Baltimore, from 2015 to 2020 was equally successful, with an overall 3.32 ERA, 1.14 WHIP, 10.9 K/9 and 20 saves over 5 ½ seasons.
