Oakland Athletics Outright 2 Players
The Oakland A's have outrighted Ernie Clement and Vimael Machin to Triple-A Las Vegas. As a result, the pair have cleared waivers.
Clement split last season between the Cleveland Guardians and A's, where he had zero home runs, six RBIs, and a .184 batting average in 70 games. Overall, it is fair to say that the 26-year-old infielder struggled at the plate, but now he will be hoping to bounce back in Triple-A from here.
Machin, on the other hand, appeared in 73 games with Oakland last season, hitting one home run and sporting a .220 batting average. The 5-foot-11 infielder will be hoping to impress from here, as it could be exactly what lands him back on Oakland's 40-man roster next season.
