MLB Rumors: NY Yankees Linked to 3 Free Agents
The New York Yankees are still on the hunt for a new outfielder. As a result, David Peralta, Trey Mancini, and Andrew McCutchen are all on their radar.
Peralta spent this past season with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Tampa Bay Rays, where he had 12 home runs, 59 RBIs, and a .251 batting average in 134 games.
Mancini split last season between the Baltimore Orioles and Houston Astros. In 143 games, he had 18 home runs, 63 RBIs, and a .239 batting average. For his standards, it was a down year, but he is a prime bounce-back candidate heading into 2023.
McCutchen is a familiar face who spent the 2018 season as a Yankee. In 134 appearances last season for the Milwaukee Brewers, he had 17 home runs, 69 RBIs, and a .237 batting average.
