MLB Rumors: Market Heating Up for Veteran Free Agent

According to Jeff Passan, Brandon Drury's market is "very active." As we reported earlier, the Arizona Diamondbacks are one of the teams in on Drury, but with this report, it is clear that more clubs want to bring in the veteran, too.

The 2022 season was an excellent one for Drury, and now he is looking to land a solid contract because of it. In 138 games split between the Cincinnati Reds and San Diego Padres, he had 28 home runs, 87 RBIs, and a .263 batting average. After a year like this, it is understandable that teams want to sign him.

It will be intriguing to see who ends up landing him from here.
