MLB Rumors: Chicago Cubs Shopping Pitcher

According to John Heyman, Chicago Cubs pitcher Kyle Hendricks is available for trade. 

Hendricks has spent the entirety of his nine-year career as a member of the Cubs, but now it appears that this is set to change. The 6-foot-3 righty has seen his placement on their depth chart drop, and this is especially true when noting that they have added to their rotation this offseason.

Hendricks is coming off of a rough 2022 season that saw him have a 4-6 record to go along with a 4.80 ERA. As a result, the Cubs are unlikely to get much for him, but teams feeling he could bounce back may be willing to take a shot on him.
