Los Angeles Angels Sign Infielder

The Los Angeles Angels have signed Kevin Padlo to a minor league contract.

Padlo split this past season between the San Francisco Giants, Seattle Mariners, and Pittsburgh Pirates. In 13 games, he had zero home runs, three RBIs, and a .121 batting average. Overall, it was an underwhelming season in the majors for Padlo, but now he will be aiming to change that as an Angel from here.

With the Angels being a weak team, there is a chance that Padlo could make the roster as a depth piece. Time will tell on that front.
