Los Angeles Angels Sign Infielder

The Los Angeles Angels have signed Jose Gomez to a minor league deal. 

Gomez spent this past season split between Double-A and Triple-A, where he had seven home runs, 40 RBIs, and a .251 batting average in 110 games. Overall, it was a solid year for the 26-year-old infielder, and now he will be aiming to take that next step in 2023.

Overall, it makes sense that the Angels have brought back Gomez on this minor league pact. It ill be intriguing to see if he can impress enough to have his contract selected next season.
