Atlanta Braves Sign 2 Players
The Atlanta Braves have added to their depth, as they have signed Joe Hudson and Hudson Potts each to a minor league contract.
Hudson has not played in the majors since the 2020 season with the Seattle Mariners, but he will be hoping to change that this season as a Brave. In 18 career MLB games split between the Los Angeles Angels, St. Louis Cardinals, and Seattle Mariners, he has zero home runs, one RBI, and a .167 batting average.
Potts, on the other hand, is a former first-round pick trying to take that next step in his development. The 24-year-old infielder split this past season between Double-A and Triple-A, where he had 14 home runs, 44 RBIs, and a .234 batting average in 77 games.
