Washington Nationals Sign Pitcher

The Washington Nationals have signed Hobie Harris to a minor league deal.

Harris just had a fantastic season with Triple-A Nashville that saw him sport a 4-3 record to go along with a 2.04 ERA and eight saves. After a campaign like this, it is fair to say that he could be in the running to make the Nationals' major league roster. This is especially so when noting that the Nationals sport one of the weakest rosters in the league.

At worst, the Nationals have landed themselves a potential call-up option with Harris. However, we will have to wait and see if he can make the roster out of Spring Training.
