Philadelphia Phillies Outright 5 Players
The Philadelphia Phillies have outrighted Mark Appel, Hans Crouse, Damon Jones, Yairo Munoz, and Kent Emanuel to Triple-A Lehigh Valley.
Appel is famous for being the first-overall pick of the 2013 MLB Draft. After retiring in 2018, he returned to baseball in 2021 and made his first six appearances with the Phillies this season. During them, he had a 1.74 ERA.
Crouse was limited to five Triple-A appearances this season, where he had a 0-3 record to go along with a 13.14 ERA.
Jones appeared in four games for the Phillies this season. During them, it is fair to say that he struggled, as he had a 9.64 ERA.
Munoz played in 29 games for the Phillies this campaign. During them, he had three home runs, seven RBIs, and a .211 batting average. Overall, he had some decent moments, but it was not enough for him to stay put.
Emmanuel appeared in 13 games this season between Double-A and Triple-A, where he put together a 2-3 record and 2.64 ERA.
