Milwaukee Brewers Claim Pitcher Off Waivers
The Milwaukee Brewers have claimed Tyson Miller off of waivers from the Texas Rangers.
Miller appeared in four games for the Rangers this season, and it's fair to say that he struggled during them. In 10.2 innings pitched, he allowed 13 earned runs, which equates to a 10.97 ERA. It was a rough year for him in the majors, but even with this being so, Milwaukee is willing to take a chance on him.
Miller primarily played for Triple-A Round Rock, where he sported a 4-5 record to go along with a 4.52 ERA in 29 games. We will have to wait and see how he performs next season - whether that is back in Triple-A or with the Brewers.
