-RHP Paul Campbell and LHP Jake Fishman each cleared waivers and have been outrighted.
-Also, the Detroit Tigers just announced they have claimed LHP Sean Guenther off waivers.
The twenty-seven-year-old right-handed pitcher underwent Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery this past August and probably won't be ready for live action until the beginning of the 2024 season.
He last pitched in the majors in the 2021 season, posting a 6.41 ERA, 1.58 WHIP, and 26 strikeouts over 26.2 innings of work for the Marlins.
Campbell is a former 21st-round pick by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 2017 MLB Draft.
