Los Angeles Dodgers Sign Pitcher
The Los Angeles Dodgers have signed Shelby Miller to a major league contract. He is set to make $1.5 million, and it comes with additional performance bonuses.
Miller appeared in four games with the San Francisco Giants last season, where he had a 0-1 record to go along with a 6.43 ERA. The 10-year veteran also missed all of the 2020 season and only appeared in 13 games in 2021, so it has been a long time since he has had a full-time role in the majors. However, the Dodgers still have placed him on their 40-man roster, so he is in line to change that with a strong Spring Training.
Miller is a former All-Star who certainly has had some strong seasons over his career. In 167 career games, he has a 38-58 record and a 4.21 ERA. Let's see how much these stats change with the Dodgers from here.
