Former Top Prospect Pitcher Signing In Korea
Ji-Heon Bae of Sports Chunchu reports that right-handed pitcher Shaun Anderson is finalizing a deal with the Kia Tigers in the Korea Baseball Organization.

Anderson elected free agency back in October.
The former top prospect has struggled to find success in the major-leagues, posting a 5.84 ERA, 1.64 WHIP, and 107 strikeouts over 135.2 innings of work. He's spent time with the San Francisco Giants, Minnesota Twins, Baltimore Orioles, San Diego Padres and the Toronto Blue Jays.
He spent the majority of this past season with the Blue Jays' Triple-A affiliate, registering a 3.58 ERA, 1.22 WHIP, and 76 strikeouts across 88 innings of work. He made 36 appearances, 15 starts and held a 3-3 record,
The deal is expected to be for $1 million.
