Is his time with the Los Angeles Dodgers finally at an end?

He gets a $2 million buyout.
Turner will turn 38 next season, but he's still a capable third baseman and has a valuable bat, as he slashed .278/.350/.438, with 13 home runs, 81 RBIs, three stolen bases and 61 runs scored over 128 games this past season.
Turner will now join the open market, however, the Dodgers have said they are interested in re-signing the veteran at a lower price.
If the Dodgers don't bring Turner back, they're still in a good spot, as top prospect Miguel Vargas appears ready to step in at third base as he has looked awfully impressive in the minors.
The Dodgers also have Chris Taylor and Edwin Rios as well.
