Padres Announce Wild Card Series Roster; Starter Absent

The San Diego Padres have submitted their roster for their best-of-three Wild Card Series against the New York Mets.

Notably absent is pitcher Mike Clevinger, who was scratched from his Wednesday start due to illness. However, Clevinger produced two negative COVID tests and is cleared to travel to New York, per Bob Melvin
