Video: Albert Pujols Hits Career Home Run No. 698

During Friday's game against the Cincinnati Reds, Albert Pujols his 698th career home run. He now is just two home runs away from joining the 700 Club.

This home run was a very clutch one, too, as it helped the St. Louis Cardinals tie the game up at 4-4. The Cardinals would go on to beat the Reds by a 6-5 final score as well, so this home run was extremely important to their comeback.

Pujols now has 17 more games left this season to hit two more home runs. This is certainly obtainable, and if he continues this ridiculous hot streak he's been on, it seems more likely than not that he will reach it. We will have to stay tuned from here because The Machine is truly making magic.
