Seattle Mariners To Activate Infielder

The Seattle Mariners are getting a big boost, as they are expected to activate Eugenio Suarez before Tuesday's game against the Texas Rangers.

The Mariners are currently aiming to cement themselves a playoff spot, so having Suarez back will be a very good way to help with that. At this juncture, they have a four-game lead over Baltimore Orioles for the final Wild Card spot, so they are in a good spot. Now, it's just a matter of maintaining this lead from here.

In 142 games this season, Suarez has 31 home runs, 84 RBIs, and a .235 batting average. Having that kind of power in the lineup again will be very good for the Mariners from here.
